XF 2.3 User subscriptions with Stripe not showing to users

Hi everyone,


I’m setting up user subscriptions in XenForo using Stripe with recurring payments.


My setup is:

• Subscription created under Users → User subscriptions
• Price set in EUR
• Duration: 30 days
• Recurring payments enabled
• Payment profile: Stripe
• Additional user group assigned correctly
• “Can be purchased” option enabled
• The test user does not have the premium group
• Stripe is properly configured (webhooks, signing secret, payments working)

The issue is:

• No subscriptions appear on /account/upgrades
• The page loads correctly, but it’s empty

Is there any additional setting that controls the visibility of subscriptions?
Any permission, user group, or global setting I might be missing?

Solved, it was a CSS issue in extra.less.
