XF 1.3 User staying logged in

I have a user (using an iPad) who says even when checking the "stay logged in" box they return a few hours later and are NOT logged in. Any thoughts? I do not use this feature and have not had another complaint from any other members.

I suspect it's a cookies issue on their iPad browser.

I suggest three things:

1) Make sure you always force www or non-www using htaccess.

2) Use the Remove Remember Me add-on:

3) Ask the member to clear their cookies and data on their iPad.

That would be the only option with that add-on. It's the same as clicking the checkbox, just that you don't have to remember to do that.
