User reply to info mail about new PM

    I have recently discovered that some of my user reply to the info mail that is sent to them when they have recieved a new PM, instead of replying from withing the xenforo platform. This user reply ends up in the info mailbox for my site.

    Now I have pointed this out to my user but I still see it as a problem.

    Anyone else having the same problem?

    There's not much you can do about members who don't read their emails correctly.

    Edit the email templates (in debug mode) if you want to make it clearer/edit the text.

    Wouldn't it be easier to edit the phrase instead?
