Lack of interest User/Profile Rating

Firstly, this may be more suited as a modification.

I was looking at IPB and I realised that they have a User Rating on their profiles and it got me to wondering. Maybe we could integrate a user rating feature so that a user can rate another user.

This could either be used in conjunction with profile customisations to rate their profile or it could be used to rate the person in general.

I agree this would be better as a modification. There could be some problems with allowing one member to "rate" another. On what criteria will it be based, potential to be abused, will the ratings be public?

Never gets used on my sites, so I wouldn't miss it.

Also there is the like system, so i think a 5 star system would just add duplicity.

Definitely a modification...I think "Likes" + Rating = bloat

Just as with IPB, user reputation and user rating = bloat...a little redundant
