XF 1.5 User mentions no longer generating dropdown list

Nothing has changed on my forum, but all of a sudden when you type @ + user there is no longer a dropdown list appearing after you enter the first couple of characters so that you can easily choose the member.

Can anyone shed light on what might cause this?
