XF 2.3 User is reporting they can't see a posters content despite not ignoring them?

Two questions: I feel like I remember a way to log in or at least view the forum as that poster.. is that accurate?

Second, any thoughts? Just happened out of the blue. I was able to figure enough out through ACP that they haven't ignored any posters, ever.

You must have used an add-on because that feature isn't part of the default xenForo a.f.a.i.k.

Just happened out of the blue.

Things like this don't just happen out of the blue. Something triggers them. What was the latest change or changes done to the forum prior to this happening?

I agree with @Rene_V , something must have changed.
But for trouble shooting login issues I use this addon.
