Lack of interest User Field Critera - User value contains text to allow wildcard

At the moment, "User value contains text:" requires you to enter some actual text and this is evaluated on the backend using in_array.

It would be nice if we could put a * as the value (or even just leave it blank) so it would evaluate to true if there was anything at all filled in by the user.
