XF 1.1 User end forum translation

I am about to start, translating the forum, system to my native language (unfortunately it wasn't done before).

I am not interested in translating the admin panel, I wont only to translate the user end.
is there a convenient way to isolate the user end phrases?
*what are the prefixes I should look to translate?

To translate the language you need to export the XML:

Admin CP -> Appearance -> Languages -> Export

When downloading a language you can specify untranslated phrases. Then you can edit the XML file directly to enter translations. When you are done translating you can import the XML file:

Admin CP -> Appearance -> Import a Language

is there a convenient way to isolate the user end phrases?

There is no categorization or separation between front and back end phrases. They are all together.
