XF 2.2 User data export button for GDPR trolls?

I just migrated from Xenforo 1 and couldn't find an option for users to export their own data if they are using the GDPR data export requirements to troll you.

I made a plugin to do this in XF1, I thought it would have been built into xf2.2 by now. Does one not exist or did I simply just miss it?

I don't beleive there is a user-driven data export facility, but there is an admin one released in XF 2.0.6 and back-ported into XF 1.5.20
