Fixed User change logs - Push conversations notifications without push available

Push notifications are not available in our forum (we don't have the extension gmp available).
However, the message "Push conversations notifications" appears in "User change logs".

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.2).

Change log:

When push notifications are disabled (globally or for a user) try to maintain the push conversations option value.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
