XF 1.4 URL in title

I am using Resource manager for Articles. We pull in articles from other blogs/sites (2-3 lines along with title).

Is there a BB code or HTML code that let's me link the blog directly from the title so that when the user clicks the link, it takes to external website/blog.

That's not possible without custom development.
