XF 1.3 Urgent help!

So i was just removing some plugins by uninstalling in the admin then removing the files via ftp now my site is not accessible. It was the guest view limits plugin i removed and removed the files that came with it. http://xenforo.com/community/resources/maximum-guest-views-by-waindigo.2045/ but now my site is not accessible. www.windowcleaningforums.co.uk

re-download the files and upload them again?

Are you sure you only deleted the files for that specific add-on?

Nope i ended up deleting the files for their other plugin " login as users"! Fixed now. Had a total panic then!
