XF 1 Upgrading to XF2

We are looking for experienced developer/tech who can give us an estimate on upgrading our forum from XF1 to XF2 and advise on what we will lose and/or what is going to be required of us to make it all happen and not lose our customizations. Losing some of the minor add-ons would not be that big of a deal to us... but the customization if super important.

Claudio... you just wasted a LOT of my time by not doing what you said you would and leaving us hanging. I would not recommend you at all. If anyone would like more info, please contact me privately. If you hire Claudio... make sure you get everything in very detailed writing. While they did refund our money, they wasted a lot of my time and now I have to cover all of this with someone else again. A total waste and delay in getting what we needed done. I will be happy to furnish the email exchange to prove my point.
