Upgraded to PHP 5.4, and now started to get errors...

I just upgraded my localhost's PHP version to 5.4 and getting this error:

Maybe Kier only fixed it in 1.2. But Floren posted a code fix you can try.

I was under the impression, like many, this was fixed in 1.1.3. In fact, Kier said he applied a band-aid here: http://xenforo.com/community/threads/php-5-4-bug.29835/page-2#post-361744

Found out the issue only shows up if you have debug mode on.

Which of course will affect anyone trying to run their test site or develop an add-on.
