Upgrade permissions

I'm getting the following error when I try to run the upgrade script:

Upgrade System
The following errors occurred while verifying that your server can run XenForo:

All directories under /home/forumsha/public_html/community/data must be writable. Please change the permissions on these directories to be world writable (chmod 0777).
All directories under /home/forumsha/public_html/community/internal_data must be writable. Please change the permissions on these directories to be world writable (chmod 0777).
Please correct these errors and try again.

However, the permissions are right as the xenforo help and the error message specify.
All the folders and subfolders inside each of the 2 directory have 777 permissions.

What is going on here? any suggestion?

I really don't know how the hosting resolved this issue but it's strange, all folders were 777
