XF 1.1 Upgrade package option

Hi,

I'm upgrading from 1.1 to 1.4. Should I go with the option "Download the upgrade package only" or do I need the whole package?

You only need the upgrade package.

2. What is the difference between the upgrade and full packages?
The upgrade package does not include the following files and directories:
.htaccess
data
internal_data
