Updating to 1.1: How to introduce members to the new features

We're finally upgrading from 1.0.4 to 1.1.2 and wanted to get some advice from you who have already made the upgrade.

Instead of reinventing the wheel, I wanted to see if any of you had any tutorials to introduce the new 1.1 features to your members. If you can please post links to existing threads or post the info below it would be a great help.

Instead of just getting people to sign up to the site to view it, I'll repost it here.

Just had a look at the various threads and they are focussed quite heavily towards my site, which does have some custom edits.

So it will take some time to reformat them for general use.
