XF 1.1 Update Avatar Thumbnail Cache?

How do I update the avatar thumbnails so that the most recent one's show?

For instance: http://www.the8thlegion.com/board/

There's a new member who has an avatar but his thumbnail is not showing when viewing the forum or thread listing.

The different sized avatars are generated at the time of upload. Maybe it failed for some reason.

On the forum index, this noob named daroyal's thumbnail is not showing, even though he uploaded his avatar two days ago.

The URL is incorrect.
It is coming up as: http://www.the8thlegion.com/board/data/avatars/s/1.../1009.jpg?1327990261

Whereas it should be: http://www.the8thlegion.com/board/data/avatars/s/1/1009.jpg?1327990261

Try disabling add-ons and get them to upload another avatar.

Edit: In fact, for some reason you also have board/ in the URL.
The correct path is http://www.the8thlegion.com/data/avatars/s/1/1009.jpg?1327990261

So it's either an add-on or some redirect causing it, or a combination of both.

I edited out the manual avatar in last avatar template edits and installed this: http://xenforo.com/community/resources/add-user-avatar-to-last-post-by-waindigo.266/ Works fine now.
