Fixed Unable to resolve incorrect password issue during CLI installation

If installing via CLI and you accidentally hit a wrong key when entering the password the first time, but don't know which key, there's no way out of it.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.4).

Change log:

When installing XF via the command line if the confirm password doesn't match the original password then go back to the original password prompt.

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
