Not a bug Unable to remove old add on from list on restored forum.

I do not wish to reinstall this old compromised add on. I cannot remove it from the list, I get this message. How to remove the old
add on from the list? Files do not exist, fresh xenforo install and database restore.

You will need to upload the files to the server and then uninstall.

Cannot manually edit? I would rather not upload exploited files.
