XF 1.3 Unable modify thread prefix

Hi
i have little problem after upgrade to XF 1.3 version
If i create thread and i set prefix, i'm unable modify prefix
In XF 1.2 i was able modify prefix.
The prefix selector menu seems not works.

I have found the problem: i have added in Page_Container template this code to shows the Peel effect at top right of any page...

<script language="JavaScript 1.2" src="peel/peel.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

There is way to avoid this conflict/problem or it's impossible?
