No.

The Tweet button is for anyone who has an account to click it and tweet the thread, page, etc.

If you do have an account then you can add your account name to it in the ACP so it will be Tweeted along with the content.

I have also some problems with twitter. never used it and i am absolutly new to this.
I have made an account @ twitter which is called brainlag_eu
Do i have to add in ACP - Twitter Integration - Enable Tweet Button
Via Account: @brainlag_eu or just brainlag_eu
and what for is "Related account"? Sry but i am such a Twitter Noob

Just the account name without the @ sign.

The related accounts fields just allow you to add other Twitter accounts.
