I wonder why any of style developer not create tv show/movie style, this style will be very popular in my opinion!

@EQnoble already gave you a valid reason - copyright. Unless the graphics and images are created from scratch by the developer, they would originate from the TV show or movie and would therefore be subject to copyright. The producers of said TV show or movie would likely sue any developer for copyright infringement if the developer hadn't sought permission to use the graphics or images (which if they did they'd likely be denied or would be charged a sizeable fee for their use).

So that's the reason.
