XF 2.1 Trying to get push notifications working on 2.1B5

This is what I see on many forums, including this one, until allowed or not:


Though, I have never seen it on my forum.

This is my admin setting:


This is my PHP config:


Notice --enable-mbstring, --with-openssl, and --with-gmp.

Site is running only over https with nginx/1.15.7 on PHP 7.2.13.

Is there something I overlooked here or did I turn them off before (I check Chrome and they're still allowed, but don't know if it's per XF account or what)?

Does your user have the "Use push notifications" permission? Can you enable push notifications for your account if you go to your preferences page?

No and no.

Now, yes and yes. Thanks for that one. It was at the registered user level.
