Trophies not working

Hi guys

I've set up a load of trophies. The first one has the criteria "User has received at least 1 positive post ratings". No other settings, just that,

(I'm using the ratings add-on btw.)

Nothing happens though. No users are receiving that trophy or the points assigned to it when they get their first positive rating. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Trophies are awarded by this cron which you can run manually if you are testing the system:

Admin CP -> Tools -> Cron Entries -> Update User Trophies -> Controls: Run

Otherwise it runs by itself every hour.
