ACP -> Appearance -> (Style) -> Style Properties -> Message Layout. You will need to define the font you want.

If you have web compatible fonts, it's a simple matter of simulating using the Google Fonts to server locally, but using your custom fonts.

It looks like Calibri is a "paid" font, so you will need to get the web compatible font from somewhere like http://www.fonts.com/font/microsoft-corporation/calibri?QueryFontType=Web#product_top (kinda expensive, the 4 font pack option is $120 or $35 per font type).
