If we use this addon to exclude a certain node from the search, do you know if members will still be able to use this addon within the node?

I understand if you don't know, I just don't want to buy it if we can't use it

That is different stuff. If I understand correctly, that add-on filter threads since this add-on filter from search results.

after excluding certain forrum
wen i choose to search in disabled forum by user with empty search term it shows me empty results page

please add option to show search results from excluded forum at profile page (on general or individual tab)
and maybe to add an option permission to choose whether to show results from excluded forums on profile page or not to

There is an option (in the advanced search) allow to include nodes were excluded

This seems to search everywhere then cull results from the excluded forums rather than search everywhere except the excluded forums.

That's why people are getting empty results on search suggestions. If you have search results limited to 250 in options and the search returns 250 results from a forum you exclude then you will get 0 results in the returned results.

Say you have a news forums with rss threads auto generated. They will dominate search but if you exclude that forum with this mod then you will get very few results.
