XF 2.2 Title length Define number of characters

Is there a way to define the length of the title of a newly created topic? For example, a title may have between 5 and 50 characters when creating a new thread.

There is nothing built in which will do that.

A maximum of 72 characters would be very useful and important to meet the Google criteria. Titles with more than 100 characters are ranked very poorly on Google. I always have to change the titles manually and it's getting annoying!
