XF 1.5 Timestamps are 1 hour off

Last night, a bunch of my members started noticing that timestamps appeared to be off. I tested myself and am seeing the same thing. I've double-checked my timezone to make sure it's not off (set to EST time).

When I posted something recently and then checked it's timestamp, the relative timestamp said "2 minutes ago", but the full timestamp was for an hour ago.

Any suggestions?

It sounds like an issue with the server time.
