Doesn't send mention alerts to mentioned user(s) after approval of the thread.

This is a known issue. The issue actually existed for quote alerts too, though that is something we resolved in only the most recent version. The solution for mentions would likely require more changes, but for now, it's something we're aware of and will keep in mind for the future.

When will this issue be resolved? We really suffer from this. We are a technical support site and moderate all of the threads in every category. Users can't get any help from mentioned users in their threads.

Apperantly this isn't solved in XF 2.2.

We moderate every single thread, everyday. That is 500+ threads everyday, up to 1000 in some days. This is a must fix for us. If this is not going to be fixed, we'll have to create our own solution. Waiting for your feedback.

The thread has been prefixed with [Design issue] and moved to the resolved bugs forum, so there won't be any change to the current behaviour.
