Thread Starter

Hi everybody,

I have a question. Is it possible to mark the Thread starter's posts in a thread? I have searched for a while now but could not find an answer to this question.

I tried something in the post template, I thought some condition should work, like:

<xen: is_thread_starter>Thread Starter</xen>

But I dont't know if there is such a "variable"?

So if anybody has an idea or a solution for this, please tell it!

This condition will work in the post and message templates:

<xen:if is="{$post.user_id} == {$thread.user_id}">
	SHOW IF POST AUTHOR IS THREAD AUTHOR
</xen:if>

What if I want to hide things (such as ads) from threads created by a certain user?

For example:

User 12 creates a thread. I want to check if the thread starter is user 12 and hide advertisements if so.
