Fixed Thread prefix that isn't "usable" by visitor gets lost when moving thread

When you move a thread whose current thread prefix exists in both forums but is not usable by the visitor (setting "Usable by user groups") then it gets lost.

(Our situation is that we have some global thread prefixes for article comment threads that are set automatically when the thread is created by our CMS. No one, not even moderators and administrators, have the permission to use those prefixes because there is no need to. We want those threads to be handled automatically by our CMS. Moving them to another forum is okay but changing the thread prefix is not.)

I think XenForo should make the thread prefix uneditable if the current thread prefix isn't usable by the visitor. What do you think?
