Lack of interest Thread Prefix for Report Thread

It would be really useful and allow us to have a better workflow, if we would be able to set a default thread prefix for the automatic created thread for the reported content.

Maybe expand it so reports themselves can have a prefix given by the user?

So the report could show "Rules Broken:Thread Title" or "Abusive Language: Thread Title"

I think this suggestion needs to be implemented before this can occur. Since the two are fairly directly related.
