Lack of interest Thread, Post and Conversation Alert & Mail inside the Datawriter should be optional

It would be nice, if we could create Threads,Posts or Conversations with the datawriter without having xenforo send the automatic alerts & mails.

All i'm asking for, is a new OPTION Constant, which can be set to false, to avoid this.
