What a hoot! I was trying to figure out how to do something like this and stumbled upon it here... GMTA ; )

My only question is... Is there a way to have it leave a permanent redirect in the original forum?

My idea has been to set up a read-only forum for latest news on RSS topics I'm pulling in and if a reader wants to talk about it, they just click like and it's moved to our discussion forum. I'd like to leave a permanent redirect in the original forum so other readers can still see the headlines, etc.

I would be more than happy to compensate you for your time on this.
