Thread editor broken, [img] & [code] & [url] buttons not working

Hello,

I just noticed recently that the insert image, insert code and insert link buttons of my thread editor are not working anymore :/.

The only thing I can think to have triggered that is the last time I updated XenForo..about 1-2 months ago.I didn't fix all the outdated templates because of my custom theme. It's the only thing I could see causing the issue.

Here is what happen when you click on them:
The whole popup block loads for .5 seconds and then it disappear and you can only see the border left:

I'm not sure where to look at to correct this.

If you have outdated templates then you need to revert them and reapply your edits.

Which templates contains the code for the BBCode post tools ?

I've been fixing a few now, but all it seems to do so far is mess up the current layout.

I beleive Cloudflare is also my problem as mentioned on this thread:

Edit: Disabled RocketLauncher and PreLoader, purged the cache. It works now.
