As @Maru stated, you need to direct your support question in the related discussion thread of the style. Support related questions are not generally responded to in an open area like this - where there is no ability to confirm whether one is a licenses user or not.
If you don't have access to that area, then associate your name with your license. If you don't have a license, then purchase one and then associate your name to receive support.
Odds are, you will have some template issues as it only listed to support up to 1.2 and there have been changes since then.
