XF 1.5 Third banner is broken out and a different color

I have all my banners set to the same custom color which is the medium blue. Why is my Top Poster banner looking like it is in a different frame and also will not change color even though I've set it to the exact same custom color?

If so, it's probably best to post in the discussion thread there for this as the add-on may create and style the banner in a particular way.

I'm 99% sure that banner has nothing to do with the add on. I created a group called Top Posters and I manually go through each month and add the top poster for that month to this group. Then I went into the group and set the banner. So its not different than if I created a group called Donors, or Old Timers and then added people.

Ugh, OK, it appears to only be impacting my account. Every other top poster has the banner up with their normal banners and is the right color. Disabling the add-on removes the lower banner from my account. What the HECK is going on.
