Something that's long bugged me since the vbulletin days, is that if you set up a forum with disallowed posting, there's always an empty table at the bottom titled something like "There are no threads in this forum." with text underneath saying something like "YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT PRIVILEGES TO POST HERE."

Wouldn't be a good idea to get rid of the empty table and messages?
After all, if you were able to post, there would be a posting area - having text to explain that indeed there is no posting area so you're not allowed to post is a bit like having a street sign saying "This is a street sign". Isn't it?
