Theme Developer

At a Glance
You're a seasoned developer well-versed in HTML5/CSS3 with a love for clean, functional code, and an exceptional eye for detail.

Up Close
We’re looking for an experienced Front-End Developer that will help handle small client projects. Every customization project is different and tailored to the personality of the brand.

Our work environment is laid back but serious about providing results. All of our work must exhibit a high level of conceptual thought and aesthetic value.

Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Intermediate knowledge of design principles with a emphasis on Material Design
• Functional knowledge of Github
• Ability to apply feedback efficiently
• Familiarity with project planning software (e.g. Flow, Github)
• Ability to think on your feet
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally
• Proficient at community management
• Ability to provide well-thought and professional responses to support tickets
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

Add-on Developer

At a Glance
You're a seasoned developer with in-depth knowledge of PHP and a knack for high-level problem solving.

Up Close
We’re looking for an experienced Backend Developer that will help maintain our current add-on product line as well as building future products.

Our work environment is laid back but serious about providing results. All of our work must exhibit a high level of conceptual thought and aesthetic value.

Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of MVC and Object-Oriented PHP
• Understanding of relations in an ORM
• Proficient with XenForo and other popular PHP frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Syfony, Zend, etc.)
• Familiarity of relational databases and optimiing for performance
• Familiarity with project planning software (e.g. Flow, Github)trong analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and scalability
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

Compensation

• Short-term: contract based
• Long-term: we offer full or part-time positions remotely or locally to Madison, WI or Rockford, IL
• Pay is competitive and negotiable
