XF 2.2 The wrong icon displays on my acp tab

After someone randomly mentioned my site on tumblr, their page icon showed up on my tab as you see at the bottom where the "X" is marked.


What's going on? How the hell did this possibly happen and how can I change it?

That's nothing to worry about. It's how mobile Chrome now works.

It groups similar sites in its own tab now.

As they opened the ACP from the website, it created a "tab" (or better described as a group) of two windows. When they press the + new window button, they can see this as a whole group and swap between the two (forum and ACP), close one to make it one or the other, or close both at the same time.

Here's Xenforo grouped with Google. I can close the Google tab to make it a Xenforo window only or keep them together.

They were likely on a tab that had 2 in a group and unknowingly went to the ACP with their website in the tab too.

Now this is showing up all over the site and I really need it gone. It's not even grouped with that site.
