I'm not sure if it is this but I notice that your site is available at both http and https. You need to set up https so that if anyone goes to the http version of your site (either by just typing in www.yoursitename.com or by clicking on any old http links) it redirects to the https version.

The non-www to www aspect does seem to be set up correctly.

I don't know how you set it up or what your server setup is but you definitely have http://www. and https://www. for your site (and that might be the issue).
