The date of birth doesn’t respect the language settings in member_about when Show day and month of birth (without year) is selected

In Spanish (Spain), if a user was born on August 7 (for example) and has selected “Show day and month of birth” but not “Show year of birth” the Members > About tab displays in Birthday: “Agosto 7”, whereas the correct format in Spanish should be “7 de agosto”.

I haven’t found any way to fix this in the Admin Control Panel, in the language properties, or by searching through the language phrases.

It might be a bug, or maybe I’m just not finding the right way to change this.
