Had a real silly issue where nobody could log in, that was really the fault of a server misconfiguration and so nothing to do with XenForo.

Nonetheless within 3 hours of opening a support ticket, Mike at XenForo had not only replied, but diagnosed it and hard coded a solution into my installation.

That is proper customer service and another vindication that I made the right choice for my choice of forum software. Thanks Mike, and thanks XenForo.
