Bug fixes:

• Fixes bug that events with a limited repeat cycle start a new repeat cycle at the end of each cycle, rather than stopping after set number of repeats.
• Fixes bug with "Allow users to RSVP separately for each repeated occurence" option (currently only available for Thread Events).
• Fixes "Undefined index: start_date" error when editing a resource with no start date.

Works like a charm, but when i add an event that repeats every friday it won't be added to the Waindigo Calendar every friday. Is that a bug or intended? It only shows the first event in the calendar.
