Fixed Temperamental profile post attachments when commenting in another user's status

That's the best I can explain it so far (using XF site, not Beta). Here on XF if a person has posted a profile post and I comment I do not see the attach button. I commented on @Chris D's and he said I should see it and on my next comment I did. I replied that I see it. But in the editor for the next comment it was gone again.

It doesn't seem to be updated to appear on the widgetised version yet, like on the what's new page.

It appeared after @Chris D commented. So it appeared directly after the author commented but disappeared again.

Yes, if I go to his page I see it.
No, in the What's New I do not but I saw it once, after his comment to me.
