Implemented Tabs

1. Instead of "Description" call the main tab "Overview".

2. Combine "Version History" into "Updates".

3. Instead of an "Updates" tab, have a "What's New" tab.

4. Add an "Installation" tab for installation guides instead of it cluttering the description page.

Thoughts?

I'm going to bump this since it probably wasn't seen when I first posted it.

I see the "Description" tab is now called the "Overview" tab, just as I asked above. I don't know if it was because of this thread, but regardless I think it's a good change.
