Fixed Table xf_error_log is missing index on user_id

Table xf_error_log is missing an index on user_id, this can cause sigificant delays for example when deleting users with rename.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.14).

Change log:

Add an index to the user ID column of the error log table
