XF 1.3 Synching Trophy and User Posts

Transferred from vB3 and after transfer all of my users are new members even with post counts in the thousands. Is there a quick easy way in Xen 1.3 to sync them to reflect actual post count and member tags ? I have searched but all threads seem to be for older versions. Thanks and I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

User titles are based on cumulative trophy points, not post counts. If you want to apply the trophies to all users, there's a tool to do that under rebuild caches.
