XF 1.4 Switching off all default Notification

Hello,

I want to import a vBulletin forum to XenForo.

How can I switch off ALL XenForo notification messages / E-Mails before? I do not want that our users get any notification messages unless they manually activate it by themself.

I have tried admin.php?options/list/usersAndRegistration, but it didn't work sufficent because there seems to be notifications for lots of events.

Add this line to your library/config.php file to disable all email notifications during the import:

$config['enableMail'] = 0;

Afterwards users can manage their alert prefs here:

Or you can run some queries to update the prefs of existing users:
